Returns and/or cancellations are not accepted for ANY orders, unless an item is damaged. If an order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 1 week of delivery. However, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, reach out to us right away so we can do our best to work with you on how to make you happy.

For custom orders, turnaround time will be discussed during your planning. For items ready to ship, these will ship in 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Items made to order will take 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Note shipping is not included in these TAT and we do not have any control over what happens once a carrier has your package.
